2.3 Limited Drops
All Artsen products are released as limited drops. Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per customer.

2.4 Color and Appearance
Colors or product appearance may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and configuration. Any reliance you place on product descriptions or images is strictly at your own risk.

2.5 Final Sale
All products sold through this Site are final sale unless otherwise explicitly stated. This means all purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable, except as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 3: PREORDERS

3.1 Preorder Definition
Preorders are advance purchases of products not yet in stock. By placing a preorder, you are reserving a product and agreeing to the preorder terms outlined below.

3.2 Preorder Timeline
Preorder delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will communicate estimated delivery dates at the time of preorder. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3.3 Contact Information Required
To place a preorder, you must provide both a valid email address and phone number. We use this information to keep you updated on the status of your preorder, including manufacturing progress, dispatch dates, and any delays.

3.4 Status Updates
We will contact you via email and/or SMS at the contact information you provided with your preorder to send you updates. You agree to receive these communications. Failure to update your contact information may result in missed communications about your preorder.

3.5 Preorder Cancellation
Preorders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, preorders cannot be cancelled. Once manufacturing has begun, preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3.6 Final Sale on Preorders
All preorders are final sale. Once payment is received and your preorder is confirmed, no refunds or exchanges are available, except in cases of manufacturing defects as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

3.7 Manufacturing Delays
If your preorder experiences significant delays beyond our control, we will notify you via email and/or phone with updated timeline information. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturing issues, shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

4.1 Order Placement
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Artsen reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Artsen confirms acceptance via order confirmation email.

4.2 Order Confirmation
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Artsen may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

4.3 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email at the address provided at the time the order was placed.

4.4 Personal Use Only
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5: PRICES AND BILLING

5.1 Pricing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise expressly stated in our order confirmation email.

Prices posted online may not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges, if applicable. You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees in addition to the product price.

5.4 Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card or payment information you provide is accurate and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use such payment method; (iii) charges will be honored by your credit card company or payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges and applicable taxes, including shipping and handling charges, at the posted prices.

5.5 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (UK only). We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.2 Risk of Loss
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.

6.3 Tracking
Tracking information is provided for reference only and does not guarantee delivery. The shipping carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of your package.

6.4 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for packages misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you.

6.5 No International Shipping
Artsen currently only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
